| 内容記述 | 本稿の目的は，2021 年から開始された香川県立保健医療大学保健医療学部看護学科における地域健康サポーター実習の紹介である．地域健康サポーター実習は，2 から4 年次生の間に，授業や実習などがない自由時間内で，学生が自ら計画し（2 単位：10 日間）実施する．地域に主体的に参画し体験型学修を行うことで，地域における健康を支援する活動の在り方，参画者の姿勢や態度を実体験として学ぶことを目的とする．4 月に3 年次生による報告会および2 年次生のためのオリエ ンテーション，9 月に学生の実施状況の途中経過を把握するためのアンケートを実施する．2021 年度の報告会では，子育て支援，障がい者支援，高齢者支援，災害支援ボランティア，健康支援，赤十字奉仕団，日本在住外国人支援に関する活動等があった．3 年次生の活動記録から得られた主な学びは，『活動を通して喜びや楽しさを実感する』『異世代や多様な交流を通して，人との関わり方・配慮の仕方を学ぶ』『自ら活動を企画する難しさ面白さを学ぶ』，『地域活動に対する自分の姿勢や向き合い方の課題に気づく』の4 つに分類できた．2 年次生は3 年次生の報告から，主体性の大切さや，自分たちでルールから考え活動を創り上げることの大切さ等を学んでいた．今後の課題は，本実習を通して活動を継続する支援と地域貢献の機会とすることである． |

| 内容記述 | "The purpose of this paper is to introduce the practical training of community health supporters at the Department of Nursing, Faculty of Health Sciences, Kagawa Prefectural University of Health Sciences, which was started in 2021. Community Health Supporter Practical Training is planned and implemented by students during their free time without classes or practical training between the second and fourth years (2 credits: 10 days). The purpose of this program is to learn about the state of local activities and the attitudes of participants through hands-on experience by participating independently in local communities. In April, a debriefing session by third-year students and an orientation session for second-year students will be held, and in September, a questionnaire survey will be conducted to grasp the progress of students' implementation. At the 2021 debriefing session, there were activities related to child-rearing support, support for people with disabilities, support for the elderly, disaster relief volunteers, health support, Red Cross volunteers, and support for foreign residents in Japan. The main lessons learned from the activity records of the third-year students were classified into four categories: ""experiencing joy and enjoyment through activities,"" ""learning how to relate to and care for people through interaction with different generations and diverse exchanges,"" ""learning the difficulty and fun of planning activities independently,"" and ""noticing the challenges to one’s own attitude and way of facing community activities."" From these third-year students’ reports, the second-year students learned the importance of independence and the importance of creating activities through devising rules by themselves. The challenge for the future is to provide support for continuing activities and make them into opportunities to contribute to the community through this training." |
